RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
14-Day Returns — Online Purchases
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a full refund — even if there's nothing wrong with them.
How to Return
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at orders@yungnrich.co
- Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
- Pack items securely — original condition, all tags and packaging intact, unworn
- Ship with tracking — we recommend tracked shipping for items over £75. Items remain your responsibility until received by us
- Receive your refund — processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges — After the 14-Day Period
For non-faulty items beyond the 14-day window, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Request an Exchange
Email orders@yungnrich.co with:
- Your order number
- Description of the item
- Reason for exchange
- Desired replacement item
Allow up to 14 business days for processing. We'll confirm approval and send return shipping instructions.
Exchange Conditions
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both return and replacement)
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Price differences must be settled before dispatch of replacement
- Items showing wear, accidental damage, misuse, or customer alterations are not eligible
Faulty or Defective Items
Received something that's not right? You're protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We'll cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.
What to Do
- Email orders@yungnrich.co ideally within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect, your order number, and a description of the issue
- Wait for return instructions — we'll take it from there
Your Rights on Faulty Items
- Within 30 days: Full refund, repair, or replacement
- 30 days to 6 months: Repair or replacement offered first; full refund if not possible
Sale Items
- Sale items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund (online purchases only)
- Sale items can be exchanged within 30 days if unworn and in original condition
- If a sale item is faulty, your full statutory rights apply
Gift Returns & Exchanges
- Recipients may exchange gifts for another item of equal value
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser
- Gift receipts can be requested at time of purchase
- All gift exchanges follow the same 30-day window from the original purchase date
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with tags removed (unless faulty)
- Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs charges
- We recommend tracked, insured shipping
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty)
- All standard return conditions apply
