We make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible and to provide correct descriptions and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your screen are 100% accurate, and minor variations in colour, size, or design may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time.
3.2 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
3.3 Quality Guarantee

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna where available. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
4.3 Payment Authorisation
By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and agree to pay all amounts owed in accordance with these Terms.
4.4 Pricing Errors
If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to pay the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund. We are not obligated to fulfil orders at an incorrect price.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
5.1 Placing an Order
Orders are placed by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, providing your delivery address and payment details, and confirming your order.
5.2 Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance of your order. A separate dispatch confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order.
5.3 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where products are unavailable, there are pricing or product information errors, fraud or unauthorised transactions are suspected, delivery address cannot be verified, or there has been a breach of these Terms. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and internationally, subject to availability. Delivery options and costs vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
6.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions or courier delays.
6.3 Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We offer free UK delivery on eligible orders.
6.4 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to our fault, we will arrange redelivery or issue a full refund. If delivery fails due to circumstances on your end (such as an incorrect address or being unavailable to receive), redelivery charges may apply. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a full refund — even if there is nothing wrong with them.
7.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, you have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13.2 What We Are Not Liable For
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits or business interruption, losses caused by your breach of these Terms, losses caused by third-party services or websites, or losses due to events beyond our reasonable control.
13.3 Maximum Liability
Where we are liable and liability is not excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
14. Indemnification
This clause applies only to business users, not consumers. If you are using our services for business purposes and breach these Terms or violate any law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless YUNG 'N' RICH LIMITED, our directors, employees, and affiliates from any resulting claims, damages, losses, and legal fees.
15. Force Majeure

16. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our website ends immediately, though outstanding orders and obligations remain in effect.

17.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. As a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland depending on where you live.

- We do not currently use a formal ADR provider but will always work with you to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
18. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in the event of a business sale or merger.
No Third-Party Rights: These Terms do not create rights for any third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
