1. Overview
This policy outlines how we process and deliver orders placed on yungnrich.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Processing Times
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM GMT are typically dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends will be processed on the next working day. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Processing may be delayed during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales events), due to stock availability or payment verification requirements, or due to force majeure events (see Section 10).
2.2 Order Confirmation
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming receipt. A separate dispatch confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you by email.
2.3 Payment Verification
For fraud prevention, we may occasionally need to verify payment. If this applies to your order, we will contact you by email or phone. Your order will be held until verification is complete. If we are unable to verify payment within 3 working days, your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
3.1 Before Dispatch
To request a change to your order before dispatch, email info@yungnrich.co with your order number (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm GMT). We can amend delivery addresses, items, sizes, and colours where stock allows. Note that changing items may require cancelling and re-placing your order, which could affect delivery times.
3.2 After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, no changes can be made. Simply receive the order and return it under our 14-day Returns Policy if needed.
3.3 Cancellations
You can cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, you have 14 days from receipt to return items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email info@yungnrich.co with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line, including your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
4. UK Delivery
4.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and UK military bases (BFPO addresses). Additional charges may apply for Scottish Highlands and Islands, some Northern Ireland postcodes, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Islands.
4.2 Delivery Options

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date, not order date. Times exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Saturday delivery is not currently available.
4.3 Tracking
All UK orders include Royal Mail barcode tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed when your order dispatches. Track your order at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
4.4 Missed Deliveries
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a "Something for You" card and take your parcel to your local delivery office or Post Office, where it will be held for 18 days. You can collect it with ID or arrange redelivery at royalmail.com. If your parcel is not collected within 18 days it will be returned to us, and redelivery charges may apply.
5. International Delivery
5.1 Countries We Ship To
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Select your destination at checkout to see available options, costs, and estimated delivery times. We are unable to ship to countries under international trade sanctions or regions experiencing delivery disruptions.

Delivery times are estimates, exclude customs clearance, and may vary by destination. Tracking coverage varies by country.
5.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes (VAT/GST), and handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility as the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee. Failure to pay customs charges may result in delayed delivery, return of goods, or forfeiture. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.
5.4 Customs Declarations
We complete all customs declarations accurately and declare the actual value of goods. We are unable to mark items as "gifts" or undervalue shipments. Customs clearance times are beyond our control and are not included in our delivery estimates.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@yungnrich.co or call 07534423933. Include your order number, tracking number, and photos if the item is damaged. We will investigate with Royal Mail and provide a replacement or full refund — your choice — within 5 working days of confirmation. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for goods until they are delivered to you.
6.2 Non-Delivery
If your order shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, first check with household members and neighbours, any safe places such as a porch or garage, and your local delivery office. If still unresolved, contact us within 48 hours with your order number, delivery address, and tracking information. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
6.3 Wrong Address
We cannot change a delivery address after dispatch. If a parcel is delivered to an incorrect address you provided, you are responsible for any resulting losses. Always double-check your delivery address at checkout.
7. Delivery Delays
7.1 Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery may be delayed due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs delays for international orders, public holidays, or force majeure events. We will notify you by email as soon as we are aware of any significant delay. If the delay is unreasonable, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
7.2 Peak Period Delays
During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas (November–December), processing times may extend to 2–5 working days and delivery to 3–7 working days. We will display notices on our website during these periods.
8. Risk and Ownership
You become the owner of goods when we dispatch them (UK customers) or when they are delivered to you (international customers). Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. Until delivery, we bear full responsibility for any loss or damage in transit and will provide a replacement or refund accordingly. Claims for damaged goods must be made immediately upon receipt.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless items are faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping for all returns. We do not charge restocking fees. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, strikes, or failure of carriers, suppliers, or utilities. In such events, we will notify you of the delay, make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order, and offer a full refund if the delay is unreasonable.
